Diversified Adjustment Service complies with all provisions of the Federal (and state, where applicable) Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Federal (and state, where applicable) Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Personal Privacy Act of 1974, the Gramm Leach Bliley Privacy Act (GLBA), Protected Health Information (PHI), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and all other applicable statutes, regulations, policies, and procedures.

After initial extensive testing and training, employees receive continuous screening, training, and testing throughout employment.

By recording and archiving all calls, we are able to validate that our trained collectors are following all required laws and have not violated a consumer’s rights. Live monitoring allows our management, as well as yours, to listen to calls in real-time to silently guarantee a positive experience, quality standards, and compliance.

Complaint Management

We have zero tolerance for complaints, and each one is carefully reviewed by our in-house Corporate Counsel and Compliance Officer. Our written compliance program includes policies, procedures, training, monitoring, and corrective action. We are responsive to complaints and inquiries, and we define, track, monitor, and analyze all complaints.

Our professional membership in the American Collectors Association International provides ongoing education in the collection industry, ensuring our ongoing compliance to all State and Federal laws governing collections.
